Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy governs the return, replacement, refund, and cancellation of products purchased from TriBorgo-Sisimpur Ltd., in compliance with Bangladesh Digital Commerce Guidelines.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products)

Returns are accepted if:

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• The product is unused and in original packaging
• The return request is made within 7 working days of delivery

Proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless required by law:

• Digital products (eBooks, PDF Storybooks, Digital Storybooks, Audio-Visuals, downloadable files etc.)
• Memberships or subscription access once activated
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
• Transaction or gateway fees may be non-refundable

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

• Before shipment (physical products)
• Before digital access is activated

Once shipped or accessed, cancellation is not permitted.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
